Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 180 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, products must be in their original condition, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We also ask that you include your order number and the reason for the return in the package. Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 2 days of placing it. If you cancel within this timeframe and prior to shipment, we will cancel your order within one business day. If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for covering the shipping costs. However, if the received goods are damaged or do not meet the required standards due to our own fault, the consumer is not obligated to bear the shipping costs for this return.
