Shipping Policy

A portion of our merchandise is shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while the remaining items are produced and shipped directly from our own factories in the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia

partners with major international shipping carriers—such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS—which collaborate with local couriers. This allows us to deliver directly to your doorstep, and we are proud to offer a flat-rate shipping fee.

Our delivery timeframe is typically 10–20 days. We process your order and provide a tracking number within 24 hours; however, the actual delivery date is ultimately determined by the shipping carriers and government agencies.

You will be charged once your order has been processed. All payments are subject to verification and approval prior to shipment, a process that may take several days to complete. To prevent credit card fraud, orders containing incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or cancelled.

 

Shipping Process

We begin processing your order immediately; therefore, we are unable to make any changes (including address updates) once an order has been placed. We ship exclusively to the address you provided at the time of your order. You will be billed only for the items that have been shipped, along with any applicable shipping fees and taxes.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

We ship only on business days (weekdays), excluding Saturdays and public holidays.

On average, we require 1–2 business days to fulfill your order. For certain items, this process may take longer—particularly during peak holiday seasons (up to 10 days) or if your order includes popular items currently experiencing low stock availability. Orders are shipped as soon as the availability of all items has been confirmed.

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates, as they may originate from different production partner locations.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time ranges from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the country or region. Specific delivery dates are neither provided nor guaranteed.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees:

For international shipments, import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees may apply; these are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. lskacbbu.com has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they might amount to. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any applicable import taxes and return shipping costs.

Customs regulations vary significantly from country to country. If you have any questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

lskacbbu.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report this and/or file a claim with the respective shipping carrier. Note: We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and the carrier's delivery confirmation when reviewing claims for damage or return requests; consequently, we may be unable to honor your claim if it is not reported.

 

Disclaimer regarding Incorrect Addresses:

It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the entered delivery address is correct before placing an order. We begin processing your order immediately, which means we are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been placed. If the order has already been processed by our shipping department, we can no longer retrieve it to make an address change.
